Here are 4 ways for managing Employee time

Web Browser
  • Employees can Clock In/Out via the Chrome or Internet Explorer web browsers at their desks
  • Or Employees can use the Chrome/Safari Browsers on Smart Phones to track their time
  • All features are available via the web browsers
Mtn Time Mobile App
  • The mobile app can be installed on Apple IOS or Google Android and on Phone or Tablets
  • Employees with the ClockIn or Employee permission can individually manage their time
  • The "Shared Device" mode can be used on a wireless tablet for a Central ClockIn machine for employees to quickly punch in and out
  • Remote Employees can use it on their phones to track billable hours
  • Limited features are available via the mobile app, i.e. only adding/editing time and clocking in/out at an Employee level. No Reporting or Administration


  • Download & Install the Mtn Time Mobile App
    • Apple IOS
        • Using Safari, click here to download the install file
        Click Install at the prompt
        In iOS 9.1 and lower, go to Settings - General - Profiles - tap on the MOUNTAIN BIRD ENTERPRISES Profile - tap on Trust button
        In iOS 9.2+, go to Settings - General - Device Management - tap on MOUNTAIN BIRD ENTERPRISES Profile - tap on Trust button
    • Google Android
        • Click here to download the install file
        Click OK to download the file
        After downloading, open the downloads or notifications
        In your Download Notifications, click the Mtn Time file to open
        click the Settings button at the bottom of the "Install Blocked" message
        In the Settings - Security page check the Unknown Source box
        Confirm the unknown source message
        Review the permissions and click Install
Phone Dialing
  • Employees can Clock In/Out via a Phone Call
  • A phone number can be setup specifically for employees to use
  • A small additional monthly charge is required for this service
  • No other features are available via the phone call, only clocking in/out
Windows Desktop and Android Tablet Apps
  • An older style clockin app is available for Android Tablets and Microsoft Windows Desktops (.Net 4 Framework required)
  • Limited features are available via the these older apps, only clocking in/out is permitted. No Reporting or Administration


  • Download & Install the ClockIn App
    • Windows Desktop v1.0.16
        • Click here to download the zip file
        Open the zip file and extract the folder/files to the desktop
        Double-click the ClockInOut file with the orange clock icon
    • Google Android v2.0.1
        • Click here to download the install file
        Click OK to download the file
        After downloading, open the downloads or notifications
        In your Download Notifications, click the ClockIn file to open
        Click the Settings button at the bottom of the "Install Blocked" message
        In the Settings - Security page check the Unknown Source box
        Confirm the unknown source message
        Review the permissions and click Install
